End of Second Phase teaching practice

The second phase of my teaching practice has been a transformative journey, filled with learning, challenges, and growth. Balancing lesson delivery, student engagement, and administrative responsibilities helped refine my teaching skills. Working closely with my mentor teacher provided valuable feedback, enhancing my instructional methods. Engaging with students beyond academics, guiding them through revisions, and adapting to diverse classroom dynamics made the experience more meaningful. Substitution periods allowed me to interact with different classes, broadening my perspective on classroom management. Reflecting on my teaching strategies, I identified areas for improvement, making this phase highly effective. As this chapter closes, I carry forward the insights and experiences gained, shaping me into a more confident and capable educator.
