Weekly Reflection -1

 The first week of the second phase of my teaching practice was an exciting and unique experience. During this time,I managed to take three lessons plans, which allowed me to refine my teaching skills. The rest of the week was marked by different set of responsibilities, as regular classes were not conducted due to special event. Our school was choosen as one of the venues for the district level kalolsavam. Being part of such a grand event was both an honour and learning opportunity. As a teacher trainee, I was entrusted with multiple responsibilities which included managing the "Nallapadam" food stall and performing discipline during the event. Managing the Nallapadam food stall was indeed a great experience. It involved coordinating with other volunteers, ensuring smooth services, and interacting with a diverse crowd of students, teachers and parents.
