Conscientisation programme

 As part of our B.Ed. curriculum, our group—Linta Isac, Parvathi L, and me, conducted a conscientization program on *Menstrual Hygiene Awareness* at Marthoma Girls H.S., Kottarakkara. The session, held for Class 8B students on Thursday, November 14, 2024, during the 3rd period, was organized with the permission of the Headmaster, Jacob Abraham. 

The program was divided into three sections:  

- Linta Isac introduced the topic, explaining menstruation and its stages.  

-I,highlighted the importance of hygiene during menstruation and its health implications.  

- Parvathi L concluded with practical solutions to address menstrual challenges.  

We used PPT slides to illustrate key points about adolescence and its associated challenges. The students actively participated, carefully engaging with the content. Post-program feedback indicated the session was highly effective and informative.
