Weekly reflection (4th week)

 The fourth week of our school internship proved to be an invaluable experience, marked by significant growth and progress. During this time, I gained deeper insight into my teaching abilities, both in terms of strengths and areas for improvement. Observations and feedback from the teachers who came to assess my classes were particularly enlightening, providing constructive suggestions that helped refine my teaching approach. Their guidance offered me a fresh perspective on effective classroom management, lesson planning, and engagement techniques, which I have found immensely helpful in evolving as an educator.

In addition to teaching, we were assigned new responsibilities this week, including NAS (National Achievement Survey) exam duty and assisting with the noon meal distribution for students.
